Downtown Notary is on a mission to make notary services accessible to everyone across Canada. Since October 2014, we have helped thousands of people notarize their documents quickly and easily. We are looking for new team members to expand our network across Canada.

Our notary team members are independent contractors. This means you:

  • Set your own schedule

  • Work from your own location

  • Provide your own equipment

Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, tech-savvy, great at problem-solving, flexible and friendly.

Candidates must be paralegals or lawyers licensed by your provincial Law Scoeity and have received their notarial appointment from the Ministry of the Attorney General. They must also have access to an office space - shared space is okay!

No notary experience? That’s okay - we provide a comprehensive training program, one-on-one support and an encyclopedic suite of help resources. We want our team members to succeed and grow.
